Last month as I was applying for grad school, I had trouble getting my faxes through to BYU-Idaho. I kept getting a busy signal and every time I tried calling the office the phone just rang and rang. Fortunately, one of the two transcripts I had requested arrived in time for me to send off my application. The other (sent Feb 8th) arrived March 31st. And somehow, two more were sent at the beginning of March and arrived before the Feb one.
